Scent of A Woman
Scent of a Woman is a heartwarming story of how a college student, Charlie, helps change the life of the crotchety, blind, ex-colonel, Frank Slade. Charles Simms, Charlie, is looking for some part time work over the Thanksgiving Holiday break from school. Little does he know he will have his hands more that full when he accepts the task of "baby-sitting" the Slade's family "Uncle Frank" while they are out of town. Frank Slade is an outspoken, rude, bitter man who lost his eyesight while he was in the military service. When Charlie shows up to take care of Frank for the week-end, Frank is less than pleased, to say the least. He fanegels Charlie into accompanying him to New York for "a little bit of fun". We watch as Charlie gets some lessons in growing up from Frank and, with Charlie's help, Frank begins to appreciate the little things in life.
